Our art gala dinner Otredad seeks to coalesce the visual and the culinary arts through mutually shared inspiration. From the canvas to the plate we will weave an expressive narrative to convey a singular artistic perspective as each dish is composed around the ideas of the artist. Reservations will be available for purchase starting July 26, 2021.

Join The Barton House of Salado for their annual art gala dinner, Otredad, benefiting Temple Community Clinic. Otredad elegantly includes a six-course art, food, and wine dinner featuring art by Marlene Jorge and Phokus with food prepared by Chef Jacob Hilbert.

The reception opens at 6:30pm, with dinner starting at 7:00pm on Thursday, September 23rd, 2021.
